the hive will be a black lined marquee set up in the garden of The Brunswick Pub. It will measure 9 metres x 9 metres square and will be dressed with suitable lighting to give the whole space a magical atmosphere.

the stage will be at least 3m wide x 2m deep and situated in a corner of the space with hung blacks to offer entrance and exit masking.

the lighting will be familiar to any company that has performed in a festival, it will be fixed and basic. More details will be available nearer the time.

the sound will have to be simple and realistically atmospheric only, as our licence prohibits amplified noise.

the capacity will be 100.

noise as the venue is a marquee it will obviously be prey to external noise, although Holland Road is not a busy street and all effort will be made to restrict the amount of noise from the pub.

parking&loading Holland Road has pay and display parking so loading and unloading is undertaken at your own risk. There is no free parking.

storage there is a limited amount of storage space for some set items which must be booked in advance and left at entirely your own risk.

the hive  is a brand new venue and so our tech spec is offered as a guide only. We will endeavour to offer the best wherever we can.
